METROPOLIS (1927)

SynthCleveland will present the Fritz Lang classic silent film Metropolis (1927) featuring a new live soundtrack on Wednesday, December 8 at 8pm, at Rain Nightclub, 4142 Lorain Avenue in Cleveland.

The new score will be performed by SynthCleveland members the scinema, Dust_Head, notech, Luigi-Bob Drake, Steven K. Smith and tofu with special guest vocalist Dawn Mitchell.

Spinning the "moderne" tracks before and after the movie will be Special Guest DJ Android from Missile Command.

I am tre-excited about it myself! I really wanted to go see it, but the one night I could have gone was the night of the ExBe thinger, so...priorities. I had fun at ExBe anyway...~8)

Sadly, I've never seen it, which is why I can't wait to work on it. I don't have any preconceived notions, so all my ideas will be freshly-birthed, really.
