I ran across this site in moxiegirl's LJ, and was completely sucked in for quite a while. It doesn't seem like such a profound idea, but it affects people profoundly, or so it would seem.

I think it's great how to guy responsible for it all puts both sad and fun ones up pretty consistently. Of course, many of the sad ones made my heart ache as I read them.

moxiegirl mentioned one involving 9/11, so I kept reading until I found it.
It literally made my heart sink into my toes, as I told her.
If it's true, just...wow.
