The closest Sally Beauty supply is 45 minutes away.

I wonder if any of the fancy shops uptown carry manic panic...hmm...

My hair isn't THAT bad. It's just really damn...outspoken. It still will be should I find manic panic, or some fascimile of it. I just think it'll mellow it out a bit if I add a li'l more color to it.

I wonder how my professor's are going to react...*laughs* So much for looking professional. Not that I really have looked that way up till now. Eh, whatevah!

As [livejournal.com profile] wraptboy mentioned last night...dying my hair is good for my soul. It always has been. Maybe it's a direct manifestation of my acceptance of change.

Makes ya wonder...Hmm...

OH! And I just saw the new Eminem video...I really do love that guy. He's friggin' insane, and completely offensive to everyone. I think that's just it though -- he's indiscriminate, and that's just rad.

Time to mow and then get my moo on.

Have a wonderful Sunday, peeps!

yeah. im gonna be cutting my hair super short tomorrow. im considering dyeing it too. im just not sure what color(s) though. i was thinking fire engine red, but pumpkin orange might look good too... but anyway (as tammy's brain flutters from the point)... i wonder if its a woman thing for us to do things with our hair when its time for "change". any thoughts?

I think the two are totally related.
yup yup.

I think you should get the super-sharp-angled A-line haircut, and then maybe go all-out Halloweeny with either black w/ orange-tips, or vice-versa.

i have "problem hair" for that cut. you see, my hair is fine, full and ultra curly at mid-lengths... id have to keep a hair straightener at hand all the time with a cut like that. believe me, ive tried it...

I miss being able to wear my freak on the outside. The "Corporate Goth" look is not enough.
Target has loads of fun halloween socks at the moment. Yay, I can have a little freak in secret at work.

we don't even have a Target near here. I think the closest one is about 50 minutes from here!

haha! I stock up on my socks at this time of year. As a matter of fact, I blow more cash at Halloween than I do at Solstice! But I use the stuff all year long, so I can justify it to myself. :)

suck it up, abandon your pride and try a 'hot topic' shop if the mall has one. you might get lucky--some times they carry hair dyes.

the closest mall to me is 45-one hour away, and in WV!

Umm...what's more scary...monsters or a freak-girl trying to survive in WV?

just curious, do you like eminem's music with an... and by the way he's offensive to everyone.

or, do you like him because he's offensive to everyone.

i heard a black gangsta raper interviewed once who was asked about eminem. after a long pause he said, you'll never hear a black raper talk about killing his momma. that ain't right.

i personally can't stand eminen, i think he is only popular because he is vial.

i think marilyn manson has more talent, and for me that's saying a lot, ask tammy.

but hey, enjoy eminem as long as you vote for kerry. ha!
love and prayers, me

They ALL have it. lol.

No, really, Try the music shop on Court street. Schoolhouse rock or something like that. It's down before you get to Family Dollar, on the side of Bank One. Upstairs they have a section that's practically all manic panic. Believe me. I used to buy my hair dye and eyelashes, not to mention clothes and shoes there. It's all pretty reasonable, too.
