Teri just HAD to take her trip to Spain this month.
*sigh*

a hundred and one "but but buts" won't help me now.
Sometimes I get so grumbly with myself...like, it's not self-hatred, it's more just self-annoyance. Feel free to ignore this post from this moment forward.

I called H&R Block yesterday to make an appointment. Now, the last time I had them help me with my taxes, it was like, $80, give or take a few. I called them to ask for an estimate today, seeing as I had to spend $100 on my car yesterday (which kinda put a damper on having my taxes done overall, but, umm...yeah.) The nice little old lady said something about how I need more forms, so it'll be a little more complicated. The price, estimated???

$130.00

WTHMFH????

ERROR.
DENIED.

*sigh*

Volatile....indeed!

Oh, and last night I was trying desperately to find something interesting to do, but the rain had me on sloth-mode, and we watched far too many movies, and were total slackers, and it was great shnuggling but we had to do something.
Something something something.

I decided to drive around downtown, show Gabe the bridges, make him drool, wish it was warmer so he could climb. Something said I should visit the Temple of Lost Love.

Large, loud pipes banging and glugging, bad graffitti that paled in comparison to the memories I had. I knew things had changed, I guess I just didn't think it would be so...dismal.

Silence on the ride back.
I fell asleep in his lap while he giggled at John Cusak and Better Off Dead.

I think reality set in at 4AM.
Things, emotions feel weird today.
Four hours from now, damn...I don't even want to imagine.

I think I'll make him walk with me to the coffee shop later, after school.
Then it's off to the P-burgh to drop him off.

Volatile...my whole life feels volatile today.
Power of suggestion?
Perhaps...

PMS?
Eh, maybe.

Sensory overload?
totally.

Show me show me show me how ya do that trick...

BTW,
if you made less than 34k last year H&R Block will do your federal taxes for free on their website. It's 15 bucks to have them do your state taxes as well.

I meant to tell you this the other day, but thank you!
