thedarksiren2Figured I'd do my good deed for the evening and share the following info:
Animal-lovers in Cleveland
Hey all. I'm usually a lurker because I'm not very skilled at social
chit-chat... but here we go...
Me and my girlie Melody run an animal rescue program out of our home
on the East side of Cleveland. We're in the process of moving to
Florida, where we've gotten 12 acres of land that will enable us to
help a LOT more animals.
In the meantime, we're desperately looking for temporary foster homes
and permanent loving families for as many of the animals we currently
have as possible. We have dogs and cats of all ages that really need
a good home, and we'd love to see as many of them as possible
continue to be in alternative homes!
If you're at all interested, please drop us an email at
bookofcruxshadows@yahoo.com. If you would be interested except for
particular concerns (allergies, cost, whatever) please still write to
us and maybe we can still work something out.
If you want to help but you simply can't house an animal, please drop
us a line too -- we need everything from dog food donations to handy-
men (we have a house we will be renting out, which will fund a lot of
our rescue missions....but it needs repairs) and we need a mechanic
(to get our truck running for the trip to Florida!)...

a acquaintances if they can house an animal! :)
(Ps- some of the really cool animals we need homes for: 1/2 purebred
RUSSIAN BLUE kitty that's super-cuddly and affectionate; a very
affectionate gentle house-broken male WOLF hybrid that's good with
cats!; also some 3-month-old golden-lab mix puppies; and manx-cat
mixes with short-tails or no tails, which is super cool; and possibly
a really super affectionate bright red short-hair pit-bull mix that
REALLY likes girls but doesn't get along with other dogs....heh, walk
him and see the face on the preppies next time they want to call
*you* a freak! heehee... ;) )
