Tusks would cause a problem. Not to mention that wolly mamoths aren't nearly as flexible as humans so some of the positions are definately right out. not to mention the whole concept of oral sex becomes very scary with tusks and all.
Maybe that is why they became extinct. Too many accidental gouges to sensitive reproductive parts with the tusks.
