the temp outside is a whopping 39 degrees, which isn't so unusual or amazing.

What IS astonishing is the fact that my room is 80 degrees. Add the fact that I use a humidifier to help deal with the extra-dry air here in the dorms, and I may as well be living in Florida right now.

Yayzoo krispies! No wonder I was sweating when I woke up!

I made him at Capsule a few weeks back at Maschina. I asked feima to bring me green olives (she asked what kind of food people wanted, so I told her~8). At some point I heard someone mention a monkey, and I guess I was kinda-sorta inspired! LOL It amused the bartender that night, at least. Later, feima put him in her mouth...I don't know where that picture is, but yeah...she tormented the monkey-man.

He loved every fucking minute of it too.

IN OTHER NEWS...worked out for a little over an hour at Ping Center. Of course, when I went to walk over there we had torrential downpours! I had to watch myself when walking on the sidewalks...the sploosh-factor of cars driving by is very high 'round these parts. Funkers.~8P Actually, it was kinda warm out, and there was thunder to kinda kick-start the inner-energies.

Sadly, I haven't worked out in such a long time that I wasn't able to do much for very long. They don't have ellyptical machines, which was really what I wanted to use. Instead I rode some of the bicycles, another walker-type machine (I got kicked off though...heh...I didn't know we had to sign up! OOPS!) Lifted weights, and then my batteries in the walkman died, so I quit.

The rain had stopped by the time I walked home. Great night for puddle-hopping. ~8)

OK...I gotta stretch a bit and then head over to the music building.

I'm gonna be sore tomorrow, but it will be good.
