oh, and last night Brett was all smarmy and like "What can you tell me about your friend Dawn?" and I was "Um, she's MY friend, not yours", no I didn't say that. What I said "She has a need for lots of Me Time right now, and doesn't really have time for a relationship." And he said "Well I got her number" and I said "Well that doesn't mean she's gonna sleep with you" and he said "well she's pretty cool"

I appreciate your being so up-front to him about my situation...kind of saves me the trouble later. Wow...that was awful, wasn't it?

Brett is nice, and he bought me a martini, which was nicer. Not to mention he has that amazing pouty-face...too silly!

He's another one who doesn't remember meeting me for the first time. I tried to remind him...I think my purple hair is confusing people!~8D
It's just funny because the first night I met him he was rather smarmy about my nosering - that was that night over at Erin's.

Isn't it strange, how people shift like that?

I've come to the conclusion through intense observation that when people are hitting on you, meaning you the Dawn, they feel the need to insult or criticize you first off. Like Ashu, and now Brett. And I think maybe its because they don't quite know how to take you first off and want to make sure they don't fall under your scope of radar. What do you think? Maybe its just the guys at Lava.

Ahh...I could only hope for some sort of interesting answer, but unfortunately I only have guesses to assess; maybe the spirits of Jawndomay are getting a li'l too risque for Dawndom!
