This weekend, aside from being the free Cleveland weekend, is also the weekend for The Cleveland Museum of Art Sidewalk Chalk Festival.

This, I am sad about missing.

wraptboy and I went last year, and five hours later, we left with glorious blisters of tribute on our paws, chalk all over our bodies (including my feet which my friend Scott decided made great canvases!), and two of the finest sidewalk-chalk pieces ever made! Someday, when I have access to a good scanner, I'll be sure to post those pictures. It really was an amazing time.

So go out this weekend, eat Cleveland up, and sidewalk-chalk your hearts away! You'll be glad you did.

Actually, I am very very unhappy about this weekend's festivities because i work both Saturday and Sunday from 12-8PM, which means i will be part of no festivities whatsoever.

Do you know if we are still doing dinner and shtuff tomorrow with bladernr??? He had mentioned it, since we couldn't hear Repo Man last weekend so well, and thought watching it prior to going out would be more effective.

I'm not sure. check with him. Jenn and Rich want me to hang out with Rich's little brother who's coming into town that night, and maybe I can just have them meet me up there? Don't know, can't say for sure, plans are as always liquid until someone freezes me.

ramielrising and I have only met three, maybe four times ever IRL. He has me listed as a friend, yes, but I seriously doubt he reads my LJ regularly. If he does, well, I am flattered, as would be the case in any *friend* on my list...I write a lot, and most of it is blathering nonsense for the most part - I am a girl with issues, one of millions in the world; I do not flatter myself to believe that I am so important to anyone on here other than my few closest friends.

At any rate...

Please keep your mellowdramatic bullshit off my lj; you could have at least had the guts to leave your name, although I am sure he'll know who you are should he decide to take a peek.
