Your inner beast is a Bear. Your fierce side is
shown emotionally.

~The Good~ You're Caring, Down-to-Earth,
Considerate, etc...

~The Bad~ You are sometimes Moody, Snappish,
Overreacting, etc...

~People On Your Good Side~ Are smothered with
affection and attention.

~People On Your Bad Side~ Are avoided and kept at
arms length because you are afraid you will let
them hurt you again.

Also, I got this top places to live/ visit thinger from [livejournal.com profile] riverbank, and found myself surprised by a number of them, although others weren't even remotely surprising. Essentially, Oregon is the best spot for yours-truly:

1. Portland, Oregon City of Roses

2. Salem, Oregon The Heart of Oregon

3. Charleston, West Virginia The Home of Hospitality
(see..."Umm, WTF??")

3. Frederick, Maryland Where The Past Comes Alive

4. Baltimore, Maryland The Sparkling Harbor City

5. Little Rock, Arkansas Where America Comes Together
(Another "WTF" moment...)

6. Corvallis, Oregon Heart of the Willamette Valley
(This sounded cool) "This Oregon city hosts "da Vinci Days," a festival of unique events revolving around art, science and technology..."

7. Eugene, Oregon The Emerald City

8. St. George, Utah Utah’s Dixie
(Laura would laugh)

9. Hickory, North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountain Home
(I like the mountains, but NC? Um, no, not really)

10. Norfolk, Virginia Heart of the Hampton Roads
(this is just funny...Amy would love it if I moved to her city!)

11. Fayetteville, Arkansas Light of the Ozarks
(I almost yacked when I saw this, but then I read the following) "Near the University of Arkansas campus, this town's Dickson Street is filled with lively bistros, night clubs and galleries…"

12. Medford, Oregon Gateway to the Pacific Northwest

13. Bend, Oregon Oregon’s Natural Playground

14. Shreveport-Bossier City, Louisiana Cities of Three Flags

15. Gaithersburg, Maryland The Park City

16. Sacramento, California The River City
(The only CA city on the list...huh.)

17. Honolulu, Hawaii America’s Tropical Paradise

Maryland? To visit? Who the hell wants to visit Maryland?

And Arkansas? They can't even pronounce the name of the state correctly.

I am from Norfolk (Well, the city next door)!! I moved three states away to get away from Norfolk!!!! Eeee gads.

Went to (downtown) Baltimore for a weekend. It was OK, but nothing terribly interesting. My friends, who stayed in a hotel down the street, were a bit put off by the gun shots throughout the night, though...

I have a friend who lives just outside of Maryland, and i've "visited" during trips with my father as a kid. Eh, nothing very memorable, really.

As for Arkansas, umm...yeah.

Norfolk's not so bad. Amy and her hubby have lived there for a long while now, and I've always enjoyed visiting down there. The city is growing and becoming more interesting. But then, it IS VA!!! ACK!!

I have a couple acquaintances in Athens who claims Huntington is a better area. I don't know anything about WV except for the closest mall is there somewhere just over the Ohio border.

The state motto of West Virginia is "Mountaineers are always free."

That means if you climb to a remote enough mountaintop, nobody will want to track you down to tell you what to do. The Hare Krishnas' headquarters is actually in West By God Virginny.

Well, since you're back in town for the holidays, I hope that can happen very soon.

This past week on my show, I played that Missile Command song featuring your voice. I bragged to the other guy who was at the station at the time that I had had that very same siren guest-DJ with me once upon a time.

I hope so too!

And thank you...I am flattered that you like the song so much. Seriously, your musical thoughts are ones I take VERY much to heart, so it means a lot to know you like it.

Happy belated birthday, btw. I couldn't get to a computer yesterday, nor a phone for that matter. I hope you had a nice day though!

You just need to come out and visit already! I'll head out west as soon as I'm not a po' college student!

You're always, ALWAYS welcome out here, by all the INhabitants of Jawndomay. As for February, the weather's pretty miserable around then. It's usually pretty cold, if not super snowy. Then again, it's super-snowy right now, and quite early for it, I might add. So who knows...in Ohio, if you don't like the weather, wait ten minutes.~;)

Seriously though, whenever you wanna visit, you're welcome. However, try to make it a weekend so I can drive up from Athens OH to visit too!
