awe-stricken
Jun. 26th, 2004 09:52 amwhat an outstandingly amazing experience the Spencer Tunick event was this morning. Many many thanks to
bindrune for braving the event and the cold to pose in it with me, and to
wraptboy for being our shuttle to and from the East 9th St. Pier. I have some stories, some thoughts to share...everything was so beautiful and intense...just fantastic! I also have a tale of how I almost lost my nipple piercing (man, does it bite right now...GAH!) but I have to travel to Stow now so my da can work his magic on Fairuza.
Please send good travel & voice/ throat ju-ju my way today/ tonight. I haven't slept much due to the installation, am driving to Stow, hopefully getting some rest, but not counting on much. Later, I have to drive to Parma from Stow, sing "The National Anthem" at the Veteran's Memorial thing (did I mention vocabulary is not my forte at this time? buh-duuuhhh:::drools:::) AND manage to get home alive after that. In the meantime, my throat is getting gradually more sore, my sinuses more aggravated...
Dawndom is at war with itself, physically. Vitamin C and rest are our friends.~8)
As for the rest of the world, have a great day until next we meet!
