You too can improve the world!
Just follow these easy steps:
1. Find someone you've been lying to, avoiding without telling them, annoyed with and covering it, not calling back, making up excuses to, cheating on, allowing to linger in uncertainty, dodging the subject with, thinking poorly of, bullshitting, allowing to live without the whole story on something, fabricating details with, using as a means of support(financial or otherwise), pretending to be someone you're not, or any other sort of truth-aversive activity.
2. Sit them down.
3. Muster up a big headful of "I won't benefit from this anymore, but it'll make the world a better more honest place" from somewhere inside yourself.
4. Tell the fucking truth.
This has the potential to hurt people's feelings, change the way your life functions, make people think less of you, get you in trouble, foil your manipulations, ruin your career, and put you out on your gold digging ass... but buck up: all those things build character. And if you continue to tell the truth from that point forward, you won't wind up in that situation again!
Its revolutionary, really.
Of course, it lacks most of the essential traits a meme seems to need for propagation... it doesn't lean towards needless but socially acceptable self absorption, doesn't provide any undeserved benefit to you in exchange for the O2 -> CO2 conversion you did while speaking, doesn't get everyone pretending to be very interested in facile minutia that they're going to forget as soon as someone else becomes interested in THEIR facile minutia, and doesn't post enormous amounts of potentially damaging information out into the noosphere where any asshat can use or abuse it to their liking.
But hey, not all memes are meant to survive.
+++++
makes ya go, "hmmm...."
