Two messages

when i got back to the cell this evening.
It was 11:20ish...

The first threw me for a loop...a vocoder-like voice said something like, "All right, boys," and then an electric guitar riff, strangely reminiscent of Jimmy Hendrix, went on for about ten seconds. I have NO IDEA who sent me this message, but it made me laugh. LOTS.

the second was from tiktiktok, with whom I'm actively engaged in a game of phone tag. I am sad I missed his call, but it's always nice to hear his voice. ~8)


On a similar note to the former call, All Kraftwerk fans should see this & send praises to lemonmerchant for finding something so wonderful.

while walking from Brough through the garage:

"Well, I like cake."

"You like cake? Really?"

"yeah...I like cake LOTS."

I'm off to get rid of some blood cells now and escape in my newest read, Skin by Kathe Koja. So far a good read. Something off/ odd about the writing style, but I cannot put my finger on it. It's like it makes me uncomfortable, yet I love it.
