I'd much rather go to the rib festival and mow on some red meat (sorry all you veggie-peeps -- I get cravings for these things.~;)

Spastic Eddie was sooo pissed off at me for not coming in last night. Oh well, he'll get over it. The test will be Tuesday, really. I dare him to give me any grief -- I feel so much like Ricky Fitz right now, it's not even funny.~8)

What's going to suck about this week is the fact that I was going to switch my sleep schedule around dramatically starting Tuesday/ Wednesday-ish, but then Kira decided to schedule the family/ friend get-together for everyone who's going to Italy this weekend, and it falls right in the middle of when we should be sleeping to adjust to Italian time changes. *sigh* so much for planning ahead.

I'm so going to be late. Oh well...

still awake, despite being physically exhausted. Oh well, it's a good kind of exhaustion.~8)

Went hiking for a few hours today with nomadoh. It was nice just walking and talking, although by the end of the hike we were both kinda sniffly and sneezing from all the pollen in the air. Meh! I wish Claritin worked as well as Allegra did.

We watched one of the most amazing sunsets while sitting at a coffee shop in Broadview Hts. The sky was every possible hue of reds, oranges and purples. Outstandingly beautiful! I saw a dragon turn into a gargoyle, and then he transformed into a griffin for nomadoh...not very often you get to bare witness to such events! Oh, and then the sun decided to play nebula, and we were both immensely amused.

I have to say that riding around in nomadoh's yellow bug is super-fun. You can't feel the speed so much, but damn if it isn't a lot like a rollercoaster (as he so aptly put it!) when flying down hills. Great car...I miss bugs. My brothers have had VW's several times. Such fun vehicles.~8)

On a completely unrelated note, the red patch on my skin is more than likely a spider bite. I talked to my mom about it, and wraptboy had also suggested this was its source. Either way, the damn thing is ANNOYING! It's a circular red patch about 1" diameter on my chest, right where my heart would be if you dug deeply. *smirks at Hannibal-thoughts* My mom said to take Benadryl and get some cortisone cream to mellow the itchiness. It *so* itches like a beast! GAH!

So I took Benadryl and expected to be passed-out by now. Instead I am here, mentally sproinging about while my body droops.

Therefore I must ( take crack )
