I haven't really been online much the past few days, so don't be surprised if tomorrow or over the weekend you all get replies to things from like, Wednesday.

Oh and I am sorry if I haven't wished happy birthdays...I really do miss the LJ notification. Oh well...a li'l late, but happy belated birthday, [livejournal.com profile] celestialsparks and [livejournal.com profile] skeletonking. I hope you both had amazing days and a year filled with wishes fulfilled!

The keys haven't shown up yet. The Gund Arena, I have decided, is a black hole in the armpit of Ohio.

I am actually going to go hunting downtown tomorrow a bit, maybe ask the attendant at the parking lot where we took port if anything was turned in (anyone wanna come with???). I mean, I have keys now, minus my trunk which is OK - there are other ways of getting into the trunk of my car (that is NOT an invite, BTW~8P) but I think I am just ill-at-ease in general. very stressful event, this loss; there are many symbolic issues I associated with those keys, and all kinds of triggers have been pulled as a result of that.

It's a constant battle of "What-if???" now.

Oh well, at least [livejournal.com profile] wraptboy got a laugh over my 'chosis at bleakfast today. I am glad; he just left for Boston about twenty-five minutes ago, and he was in a strange way. Hell, I am jealous - that drive, through all the fall colors and good music that I supplied him with (driving essentials: Jane's Addiction, The Cranes, Paul Oakenfold, Euphoria, Intermix, Peter Gabriel, the Go! soundtrack {cuz he likes that one lots!} and a few others I cannot remember off the top of my head). Drives like that, like when I drive to VA, they clear the mind and give new perspective.

At least, that's what they do for me.

I hope the laughter lightened his load, if nothing else.

So it's just me, the Chicken-with-fur and the Butthead for a few days. Too bad I work Saturday and Sunday. *sigh*

There is light, however. Tori on Tuesday, and NOT at the Gund-hole-pit.
YAY!!!

I have so much to write about, and no time right now. I will tell of the Peter Gabriel show in the days to come, because it was truly one of the most fantastic shows I have ever been to (which is an attrocious amount, hence my bad left ear). But that will take time to write out completely. Both [livejournal.com profile] digitylgoddess and [livejournal.com profile] skeletonking wrote out their takes on it, if you need to fill that void right now. Otherwise, be patient - it is a story to be told soon enough.
