WTF???

most of these I have a sense of how the answers came about. This one though? Umm. no clue.

QUESTION:

If you went walking in the woods you played in as a child, and heard a rustling in the trees above only to see what appears to be a shadow of you as a child, still playing and climbing after ten, twenty, however-many-years you are beyond the time, what do you think you would do? How do you think you would react?

children wouldn't recognize themselves without a reference frame, like a mirror or a window.

Then I read the question again and realize thats not it at all.

But lets be honest, how many adults would recognize themselves either. No big emotional issue, just that we didn't spend so much time forming our images when we were younger. And if you're not expecting to see a certain something, you don't see it. So most people would see a kid playing and keep walking.

see, that's what's really wrong with this quiz - I wouldn't run over anyone with a vehicle. How boring?!!

I had a slingshot in mind, really. Or maybe a bow with icicles for arrows...I have to wonder how many points would accumulate with where I hit a person, if any?

If I had a pair of binoculars or some other way to look closer, I would look as closely as possible.

I would give him the third degree to find out what the fuck he's doing there. Did I get sent back in time somehow? Was he sent to the future? We would have a very long question and answer session.

I would start following him and mimicking every move he makes at the exact opposite angle of the sun until he freaks out

how brazen of you.

so what if this action of yours caused a rift in the prior-aging process of your *child*? You might implode in that moment, or lose your sense of identity as a whole. What then? What if *his* or *her* shadow became a reflection, and you had to face yourself on a totally internal level - would you like what you saw?

Attempting to understand what we cannot yet comprehend is ridiculous except if you're a philosopher or goth...both of these cases which have this incredible ability to justify it.

I am neither, therefore I don't worry about it.

i wish it could be that wonderful again

I would sit on the ground and cry. I wish i could be that innocent and free again. I liked it when nothing mattered to me except if i was going to get to go out and play or not...
