Art walk this past Friday, wherein I got to see and hang out with the likes of Daniel,
nomadoh (whom I haven't seen in far too long!),
draganfly, this guy Mike, Cable Mark,
bindrune, and
tiktiktok.
Helping
wraptboy groom CBM, including a bath wherein thunder smashed above our heads while the sun blurred our vision simultaneously yesterday.
Picnic with my friends at Howe House.
The many, many hugs from and happy tidings of those same people.
My friend Linda, who is in the beginning stages of Alzheimer's and is legally blind, remembering me by my voice and saying hello to me by name yesterday.
A great rehearsal with Desiree, and the steam we manage to let loose during those sessions.
wraptboy being so kind as to clean the Coca-cola which sprayed across my car at a drive-thru.
Wandering through Parma town mall and looking around like I had money with
wraptboy, giggling at the silliness, but enjoying the forgetful nature of browsing.
Finding out corduroy pants are available, even if I can't buy any.
Finding Vans for $15!!! Again, I can't buy them, but it makes me happy.
Meeting the all-knowing and incredibly friendly, super-cool clerk at Blockbuster Video on Ridge Rd., who gave me a buttload of dollar-off coupons because I live in Athens, which she agreed sucks because they only have a Hollywood.
Arriving home only to pull a prank on our new art gallery neighbors, which they still haven't discovered. *smirks*
Watching The Grudge, being entirely amused via jumping to certain parts, and being totally creeped-out by the ghouls in it.
Watching said-movie with
bindrune making silly comments throughout,
wraptboy laughing and getting as much a kick as I from the movie, and holding
tiktiktok's hand all the while.
Big John's garage sale this morning.
breakfast at the purple place.
Cream corn. *smirks*
Surviving the stupidity of insane drivers.
Sleeping the angst/ paranoia away in
tiktiktok's arms.
The smelly soap my mom gave me.
Indulging in
tiktiktok's smiles, smooches, and affection.
Cooking crazy mac*n*cheese while
wraptboy figured out how to make killer onion rings and both
bindrune and
ciani watched Twin Peaks episodes, giggling and laughing the whole time.
Chocolate Moose Tracks ice cream.
Knowing I have a job to go to in the morning.
Having such an amazing, supportive and loving support system so close to me.
