Thank you!!!

a gazillion thanks to everyone who made it out last night, and stayed despite our plumbing situation! I am sure my car smells like man-pee now...*giggles*

In case you weren't here and/ or didn't get a chance to read bindrune's entry about it, when wraptboy and I got home from shopping yesterday afternoon, we found bindrune sitting rather angstily (is that a word??? LOL) on the porch with a note from our landlord telling us we couldn't put any water down the drains or flush the toilet for the night. Needless to say this presented quite a dilemma for us, but it all worked out between cars being strategically parked *laughs* and the laundromat across the street, whose owners were kind enough to remain open until 1AM for our needs. It's the little things that count...~8D

wraptboy wore a grin all night, was soooo happy to see all his friends and all the new faces as well! Beer Pong was ridiculously fun (although I will NEVER drink Bud Light again...almost killed me and is surely the culprit responsible for the mild hangover this A.M.~;) and I had THE BEST team-mates ever! I'll have to get Adam, draganfly and tammy_216 (I think that's her LJ name...eep! I'll look in a sec...heh) to congregate with me for a team name. ~8D

Saw many familiar faces, saw some that I hadn't seen in far too long *coughs!* lemonmerchant!*coughs*ikkus*coughs!* and some were such a wonderful surprise...it was a great night!

I am not sure where the camera landed, but there will be pics forthcoming. We only had one "casualty," which unfortunately made it down the drain despite all our efforts to keep things in buckets (hey, one out of how many people did it? Still sounds like a success to me!~;)

Thanks to laneybee, draganfly, angelhipster, djdillydally and anyone else who is slipping my brain right now (!!) for bringing such yummy treats to the party!

There were so many LJers here, and just as many non-ljers as well. It was just a great night, and it wouldn't have been so without all you here to help Jay bring in his 30th year with a bang!

Later this afternoon, Bally's with sharpshinyclaws, and a shower to look forward to ~8) Now though, time to walk over to the laundromat with a recently-awoken hematite_cross to use the facilities...*falls on the floor giggling*
